At PRL Glass Systems, Inc. we manufacture an extensive selection of expertly crafted frameless all-glass entrance doors that are sure to please. The beauty of all-glass doors is they appear frameless allowing for maximum vision and minimal obstruction to your building entry.

Our streamlined door rails offer minimal metal (aluminum) glass supports and door hardware attachment bases. PL-Standard rail series are designed to capture various thicknesses of glass ranging from 3/8”, 1/0” to ¾”. Glass is set into PL-Standard rails through a wet/dry glazing method using a high strength controlled compression. Our rails are engineered to accommodate any type of hardware from standard hydraulic swing door control, balanced door hardware, automatic door hardware to mechanical/electric access controls.
We extrude a wide selection of captivating tempered frameless all-glass doors in standard and custom styles.

Available in heavy tempered glass or tempered laminated glass PRL offers 3/8”, ½”, 5/8” and ¾” thicknesses.

DOOR STYLES OFFERED:

BP-Style All Glass Door:
  • The BP-Style all-glass door has a corner patch rail in a 9 ½” patch rail or Euro patch fittings section located at the top pivot corner, with continuous horizontal bottom rails from any PL-Series Rails.
  • Hardware for overhead closer (OHC); top shorty arm & standard bottom pivot.
  • Hardware for floor closers; walking beam top pivot and bottom pivot.
  • Euro patch fittings hardware for overhead closer (OHC) surface mount top pivot and surface mount bottom pivot.
  • Hardware for floor closer; walking beam pivot or surface mount pivot
  • Available Metal Finishes: Stainless steel (brushed #4 or polished #8), brass (satin or polished), anodized aluminum (clear & bronze), custom powder coat or Kynar paint.
  • Available For: All PL-Series rails or PL-Euro series patch fittings (Dimensions: 2″ x 6 ½”).
P-Style All Glass Door:
  • Our P-Style all-glass doors offer continuous horizontal top and bottom rails.
  • Hardware for overhead closer (OHC) top end load arm and bottom.
  • Hardware for floor closers top walking beam pivot and bottom arm.
  • Available Metal Finishes: Stainless steel (brushed #4 or polished #8), brass (satin or polished), anodized aluminum (clear & bronze), custom powder coat or Kynar paint.
  • Available For: All PL-Series rails (Height: 3 3/8” – 10″) and custom.
P-Style All Glass Door:
  • Our F-Style all-glass door offers patch rails or Euro patch fittings at the top and bottom pivot corners and at one leading corner of the door for accommodating a lock in a 9-1/2″ patch rail or euro patch lock.
  • Available Metal Finishes: Stainless steel (brushed #4 or polished #8), brass (satin or polished), anodized aluminum (clear & bronze), custom powder coat or Kynar paint.
  • Available For: All PL-Series rails or PL-Euro Series fittings.

 

A-Style All Glass Door:
  • The A-Style all-glass door has corner 9-1/2” patch rails or euro patch fittings at the top and bottom pivot corners (no lock fitting).
  • Available Metal Finishes: Stainless steel (brushed #4 or polished #8), brass (satin or polished), anodized aluminum (clear & bronze), custom powder coat or Kynar paint.
  • Available For: All PL-Series rails or PL-Euro Series fittings.

 

 

Custom All Glass Door:

We also offer multiple choices of top rails to suit aesthetic and hardware needs. All doors are produced to specific and precise size requirements in widths and height.
